Belgravia Residential is lead by Managing Director Craig Walton.

Craig has an extensive background and experience in property developement as well as working in various senior management positions in New Zealand and internationally. These roles included as the Head of Spark International Limited and CEO of Urban Plus Limited.

Craig Walton's achievements to date include the developement of over 400 apartments and townhouses with another 500 houses currently in the planning and consent phase.
